JOGOS VORAZES: A ESPERANÇA - PARTE 2
Hunger Games: HOPE - PART 2 REVIEWS
Three years after the release of the first film, the film adaptation based on the literary trilogy by Suzanne Collins comes to an end in Hunger Games: The Hope - The Final. In Brazil, the fourth and final Twilight film premiere on a Wednesday (18), a day before the world premiere. After driving Catching Fire and Hope - Part I, the filmmaker Francis Lawrence returns to put an end to journey the protagonist Katniss Everdeen, played by Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence. The long room starts exactly where the third over, showing the grim consequences of the attack of a Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) mentally unbalanced. Katniss, determined to kill President Snow (Donald Sutherland) with his own hands (or arrows), is still a sea of mixed feelings: compassion, anger, fear and love. The climate of war between the capital and the districts in Panem is more heated than ever. While Snow strives to protect his reign, the ambitious plans of Alma Coin (Julianne Moore), leader of the rebellion, are clearer to the extent that it becomes colder and detestable that the president of the Capital. Unfortunately, none of the characters is strong enough for us to offer a memorable antagonist. Although Coin is more convincing than Snow, both have weak dialogues and slightly menacing scenes - obviously the Peacemakers Army Snow and his traps are the main problems of Katniss and her group of friends, but the president is only a fragile body behind every action. What makes Snow to be a more interesting character that Coin is that he knows Katniss well enough not to underestimate her, and gets to be impressed with their determination and their remarkable ability to escape death several times. If Hunger Games lacks a memorable villain, intense action scenes are not lacking to the film. After spending hard time in the first film and In Flames Arenas, Hope - The Final puts Katniss and a rebellion group, led by Boggs (Mahershala Ali), within the Capital, where Snow spread "cocoons" with pitfalls as lethal of the Hunger Games. Here you can notice how the narrative of the series has evolved over the four films - the fervor of the Games until the war between the Capital and the Rebellion - while remained true to its origins. The stage set by Snow in the Capital is a deadly new show full of dangers. Caesar Flickerman (Stanley Tucci) transmits the conflict like a new edition of the Games, and the Panem station retains the familiar display "memorial" to participants who died during competition - which in this case is the spirit guerra.O maternal Katniss continues to cause intact in the final chapter. Even after witnessing the merciless Snow attacks, she is willing to lose his life to eliminate the president of Capital, but at no time think about sacrificing your friends or innocent civilians for the sake of victory. Knowing that this is the weak point of Katniss, Hope - The Final puts the heroine at its limit. Experiencing a roller coaster of emotions, the interpretation of Jennifer Lawrence as the protagonist of The Hunger Games is exceptional. The brave girl from District 12 to its rise as the Thrush, a symbol of rebellion, it is impossible to imagine Katniss Everdeen being played by another actress. Hutcherson also deserves mention for playing a bipolar and tragic Peeta, while Woody Harrelson continues charismatic in the role of Haymitch Abernathy. The well tied screenplay by Danny Strong and Peter Craig brings a pace almost flawless for Hunger Games: The Hope - The Final. The film does not hold too much in any of the scenes, and all times look exactly last necessary. Even the honeyed stretches between Katniss and Peeta are not unpleasant, as the last part of the adaptation does not force kisses between the couple - because Peeta remains unstable in most of the time. On the other hand, most of the deaths and turns of the film can be easily provided by those unaware of the conclusion of the franchise. Still, the outcome Hunger Games does not disappoint those expecting a happy ending and hits to bring an extra dose of drama with the loss of some charismatic characters. VERDICT The Hunger Games marked a generation. Maybe not in the same manner and intensity that Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings, but his narrative was able to arouse the attention not only of teenagers but also a more mature audience. It's hard to beat the quality of the second film in the film franchise, bringing a spectacle impossible to be forgotten. However, Suzanne Collins books of the fans will like The Hunger Games: The Hope - Final, which closely follows the outcome of literary works. Even with unconvincing villains, the action scenes, the twists and beautiful performance of Jennifer Lawrence ensure that the last film in the franchise Hunger Games a memorable experience
